Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Affan.shop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Since we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellations are only accepted within [12 hours] of placing the order. 6. Shipping Costs for Returns
